Hey everyone! I just wanted to share with y’all what I’m doing, why I’m doing it, and When it’s happening! I am going on the World Race Gap Year. This is a 9 month missions trip to 3 different countries. I am on the Activation Route, so I will get to have three months in each Guatemala, Cambodia, and Eswatini (Swaziland). In June of 2021, I will go to The Adventures in Missions base in Georgia for Training camp! I will spend 5 days there getting training and meeting my Squad! Then, In September 2021 I will go to back to Goergia for additional training. After this, I will get to launch to my first country. I’ve known about the World Race for a few years, but just in the past few months have I completely decided to do it!
Over and Over God has shown me just how faithful He is, and I’m so expectant of how faithful He will be during the World Race. I’m so incredibly excited to see God work in the coming months, and I’m pumped to to see how he uses me and the people I will be with to grow His kingdom by making disciples and sharing His love. I can’t wait to learn more about Him, His love, and His people. This is such a great opportunity, and I’m elated that I get to share a little bit of this journey with you!
With all that being said, I will need lots and lots of support throughout this time. First and foremost, you can pray! Pray for me as I am beginning this journey and stepping into this time of complete surrender and trust in Jesus. Pray for my fellow squad-mates as they are stepping into this adventure with me. Pray for the people we will minister to. Pray that they will see Jesus in us, and pray that many will come to know Christ. Finally, Pray about financially supporting me in this journey. I need to raise $15,800, but I’m confident that God will provide. I have many awesome fundraising opportunities planned, and I can’t wait to share them all with you.
